From 16 October to 11 December, Marmilla’s travelling festival connects fiction, poetry and local places.

A festival map can follow the roads between towns. Marmillibri returns on 16 October–11 December 2026 with sixteen municipalities and sixteen meetings, according to the programme published by Collinas Municipality on 12 October. Giovanni Follesa provides artistic direction. The opening takes place at the former Monte Granatico in Pauli Arbarei, with Romano De Marco’s D’estate e di morte and a reading of Federico Italiano’s poetry. The following day, Villanovafranca’s Su Mulinu Museum hosts Maria Bonaria Capone and poems by Carmen Gallo. Literary meetings start at 6 pm. School activities, reading workshops and museum visits accompany the presentations. Libraries and historic spaces become meeting places; the full programme helps readers choose their stops and check the individual venues.
