Libly™
LIBLY Ambassador

Stories need people like you.

Do you love books, know your area and enjoy connecting people? Become a LIBLY Ambassador and help us create new opportunities to meet in your city.

We are looking for curious, proactive people who can recognise a good story, engage a community and start conversations with bookshops, libraries, associations and cultural venues.

/WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need to be famous.
You need to be involved.

The programme welcomes passionate readers, book club organisers, university students aged 18 or over, cultural professionals, book creators and people active in their community.

Your follower count does not matter. We care about your ideas, local knowledge and ability to build thoughtful relationships.

Passion

An interest in books, stories and cultural initiatives.

Local knowledge

Attention to your city’s places and people.

Initiative

A desire to suggest ideas and contribute.

Reliability

Clear communication and respect for agreed commitments.

/YOUR CONTRIBUTION

You know the city.
Help us discover it.

Practical activities agreed according to your availability and skills.

  • Suggest bookshops, libraries and suitable venues.
  • Introduce LIBLY.FESTIVAL to potentially interested local organisations.
  • Propose authors, local stories and initiatives.
  • Connect with book clubs and cultural communities.
  • Share official project materials on your channels.
  • Help welcome audiences and promote an edition, where agreed.

We build the role together: activities, availability and responsibilities are defined before each collaboration.

/THREE WAYS TO PARTICIPATE

Where would you like to start?

Three areas of interest, with no hierarchy. You can choose more than one.

For people who know their city and want to connect people, venues and organisations.

Community Ambassador

For people who lead a book club, student community or network of enthusiasts.

Digital Ambassador

For people who share books and culture through social media, newsletters, videos or podcasts.

/WHAT WE BUILD TOGETHER

New audiences.

A network of people helping stories find new places and new audiences.

Any professional assignments, payments and expense reimbursements will be agreed separately in writing. Applying does not constitute a job offer.

Fields marked * are required. The programme is for adults aged 18 or over.

Areas of interest * — choose one or more

Before you start.

Do I need lots of followers?

No. Passion, local knowledge and relationships matter. You can apply even without a social media presence.

Can I apply from a small town?

Yes. Cities, towns and small communities have places and stories to discover.

Do I need to propose a complete festival?

No. Tell us about your area and a first idea. We explore opportunities together.

Can I represent LIBLY or make agreements?

Applying or becoming an ambassador does not automatically authorise you to represent LIBLY contractually, collect money or make commitments to third parties. Those activities require a specific appointment.

Does applying guarantee an assignment?

No. We assess interests, availability and practical opportunities. Professional assignments, payments and reimbursements are agreed separately in writing. Applying is not a job offer.

Your city has stories to tell.
You could be the first connection.

Get in touch with LIBLY and tell us where you would like to start.
