Bologna opens La città delle donne with readings inspired by Alinovi
The programme returns on 15–17 October, preceded by a reading at Teatro San Leonardo on the 14th.
A reading can restore space to a life too often remembered only for its ending. The fourth edition of Bologna’s La città delle donne takes Francesca Alinovi as its guiding figure. ANSA’s 13 October update previews a programme of free events on 15–17 October, directed by Laura Gramuglia.
The opening comes a day earlier: the official website announces Questo corpo. Storia di Francesca A. at 7.30pm on 14 October at Teatro San Leonardo, in collaboration with AngelicA. The programme also includes a book club devoted to Un mondo soltanto with Giulia Baldelli. Readings and conversations become ways to bring generations and different perspectives into dialogue.
